Crypto price update: Bitcoin is picking up, but altcoins are doing better
Bitcoin is cautiously picking up after another fall and many altcoins surpass the crypto king. This is how the market is now.
Bitcoin (BTC) is picking up again today, but cannot keep up with the rock-solid figures from Wall Street. Many altcoins, on the other hand, outperform the crypto king and there are even coins that have gone up by double digits.

Bitcoin lingers in the danger zone, but there is at least some green in the graph again. And that hasn't happened since last Wednesday.
In any case, it is a volatile day where Bitcoin has dipped below $80,000 three times. Tonight at around 5am, the lowest point of $79,300 was reached, just $140 above Saturday's low.
From 3:00 pm, half an hour after the Wall Street opening bell, Bitcoin went like a spear. In just over an hour and a half, the price rose 1.5 percent from $79,450 to a peak of $80,600. After that, it has dropped back a bit, but it is still above $80,000.
The Bitcoin price is now stuck between two important levels and does not seem to know very well where it wants to go.
Meanwhile, momentum has now plummeted to its lowest level since July 1. That day, Bitcoin hit its bottom price of less than $58,000.
And there is a so-called hidden bullish divergence. Bitcoin is still above last month's low, while the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has already moved further down.
Yes, Bitcoin can sink a little further. But it seems only a matter of time before the cryptocurrency resumes its upward trend.
At the time of writing, the BTC price is at $80,214, 0.31 percent lower than 24 hours ago. 71,634 euros are now paid for the largest crypto.
Ethereum (ETH) is doing slightly worse than Bitcoin with a loss of 0.98 percent over the past day. Ripple (XRP) is down 0.51 percent and the other big boys are turning green.
Solana (SOL) is up 0.22 percent, Hyperliquid (HYPE) 1.50 percent and Dogecoin (DOGE) 0.53 percent. Privacy coin Zcash (Zec) is the big winner within the top 20 with an increase of 2.37 percent.
