Crypto price update: Bitcoin gets a kick out of America and has to prove itself again
Bitcoin has not been able to continue after yesterday's beautiful recovery. Things are getting exciting again in the graphs. Read why.
Bitcoin (BTC) failed to pick up today after yesterday's rock-solid recovery. The largest crypto currency is now risking another sharp decline, while many smaller altcoins are still allowed to write down good results.
In this price update, we will tell you exactly how the crypto market is currently doing.
Not so much has changed in Bitcoin's chart at the moment, but the cryptocurrency has not stood still.
The Bitcoin price mainly hangs around $82,000, but has tried to break upwards twice. At 1:30 pm, the highest point of the day was reached at 82,700 dollars and since then it has fallen by about 1.5 percent.
Meanwhile, we see that the sales pressure from the United States continues to increase. This is evident from the Coinbase Bitcoin Premium, the price difference between the American Coinbase and the international Binance, which has fallen even deeper into the red.
Since July, Americans have not put as much pressure on sales pressure as they do now. It's a good sign that Bitcoin is holding up reasonably well despite that, but the question is, of course, for how long.
To avoid a major correction, Bitcoin needs to stay above $81,000. Volatility is now decreasing by the day, as can be seen from the triangle pattern in which the price moves, and a large movement seems to be imminent.
In any case, the tech sale continues on the stock exchange and that does not exactly work in favor of Bitcoin. It does, however, cause bond yields to fall, which in theory makes the digital currency more attractive.
At the time of writing, the BTC price is at $81,564, 0.78 percent lower than 24 hours ago. 72,468 euros are now paid for the largest crypto.
Even the largest altcoins on the market are now sacrificing part of their recovery movement. Ethereum (ETH) is still 0.65 percent higher than yesterday, but Ripple (XRP) is 1.60 percent cheaper and Solana (SOL) 1.07 percent.
Within the top twenty, Zcash (Zec) and NEAR Protocol (NEAR) stand out with gains of 3.11 percent and 1.66 percent respectively.
