Companies are facing ‘real issues’ in finding domestic suppliers

as you were reading through the earnings calls as well, Scott. Another trend, supply chains. When you heard CEOs and CFOs talking about supply chains, were there certain trends or themes there that you picked up?

Yeah, I mean, I think this is the thing that concerns me the most going forward is that when you look at like the leading edge of the economy with respect to what’s been, uh, impacted by the tariffs. That’s where you’re seeing real, uh, issues starting to emerge. People are really trying to, obviously, source components of goods that they’re producing, uh, where they had sourced internationally before. People are trying to find domestic sources and in many cases aren’t able to find those domestic sources are are relying on, uh, much higher cost inputs. So, I think if you’re looking at the supply chain teams within companies right now, those are probably the ones that are most directly impacted, obviously. Um, but that could start to make its way through the rest of the, uh, the economy and the rest of a company over time.
